found a coin today - swiss dime?

what is it?
reverse 1969 1/2 FR wreath around outside
obverse HELVICTA? down low
could be a man but looks like a woman
in the center holding a spear and shield with a cross
22 stars around edge.

they're beautiful dimes. Helvetica's the Latin name for the place. The Romans personified places with goddess names, like "brittania" as we discussed in the other thread. The stars stand for each canton in the confederation I believe.
